Phonic Studios is perfectly placed
for all your music recording needs. Just off O'Connell Street,
Phonic is 5 minutes from Dublin's main train and bus stations,
and the right side of the city to get to from the airport. It's
in the middle of Dublin's shopping district and history surrounds
it on all sides. Access by car or van is facilitated by loading
bays, and numerous car parks are just yards away, most notably
the Irish Life Car Park. See the Google map
below.
Getting
there by Car
The
easiest way to get to Phonic Studios is to find Dublin's newest
landmark, "The Spire", a 120 metre high monument in Dublin's City
centre. Every person in Dublin knows where the Spire is,
so it should be no problem! Once you're there, head south, towards
the river on O'Connell Street and turn left at the next traffic
lights, onto Lower Abbey Street. Phonic Studios is on the
left. You can park on the street (by paying at a parking
meter), or 100 metres beyond the studio on the left is the Irish
Life Car Park.
By Bus
Most local buses in Dublin terminate within 200 metres of our front door, so you're within walking distance. Ask the driver for O'Connell Street and then follow the Google map below to Lower Abbey Street. Buses from other parts of Ireland terminate at Busaras, which literally means "Bus House" in Irish. So out the main exit, go left and then right. Walk for 200 metres and you'll be at our door. You can also take the LUAS from Busaras to Abbey Street (one stop - see below).

By
Train
If you arrive by train, you will either terminate at Connolly or Heuston. In both cases, simply get the LUAS to Abbey Street (see below).
By
Tram
The LUAS, Dublin's newest transport system will
stop right outside our door. The Red Line runs from Tallaght, past the Red Cow roundabout, through Heuston train station and onto Busaras and Connolly stations. Get off at the Abbey Street stop and look across the street for the black and orange sign outside our door beside the Spar!
