Derek
Cronin
Derek
is a composer, producer, arranger and keyboard player. He has recorded, toured and performed
with The Commitments, Sinead O'Connor, Natasha Bedingfield, Cara Dillon, Katherine Jenkins, Shayne Ward, Donovan,
Brian Kennedy, Westlife and Juliet Turner. He has been commissioned to compose music by RTE, TG4, the Irish Museum of Modern Art and Tourism Ireland.
In 2000 his production of Serge Stavila's debut album, "Sketch" won it an Arts Council Award, launching his production career. His recent production work includes Jeannette Byrne's second album, "Cafe Diva", and Paul Hodnett's "For Her Another Goodbye". He has just finished Paul Hourican's debut album, due for release in March 2008, and Feargal O'Huiginn's adaptation of the Ballad of Reading Gaol by Oscar Wilde, also due for release in 2008. Recently he scored an online number one hit with Calvin Scully's debut single, "Torn Apart", and popular acclaim with RTE 2's proposed Eurovision entry, "The Falalah Song" by Rob Ross.

Paul Byrne
Founder member of 1980s legends In Tua Nua, and session drummer for acts including Luka Bloom, Paul has over 20 years studio experience, working with many of the best producers around, including Peter Walsh (Simple Minds), Kevin Maloney (Fairground Attraction), Ian Broudie (The Lightning Seeds), Don Dixon (REM) and Paul Fox (XTC/They Might Be Giants). Paul is credited with discovering Sinead O'Connor when she was 15. He specialises in working with singer-songwriters and getting the most of a song or performance. Recent credits include Una Keane's "Saya Nova", Jeannette Byrne's "Cafe Diva" and "Elegy" albums, and Rocky DeValera and the Gravediggers' "Sinne Fianna Fail Blues" and "Diceman". |

Scott Newman
Scott Newman is a highly gifted multi-instrumentalist, playing both drums and piano to a very high standard. Scott co-produced his own band's debut album which brought him to the attention of former Boyzone member Mikey Graham. Graham set up a songwriting and production company around him and he subsequent CD has pricked the ears of record companies all over the UK, looking to use the tracks for top artists, including the Sugababes and Girls Aloud. Scott specialises in highly polished pop production.
